About

We listen, act, and transform

Never Forgotten Services was born out of a desire to serve those who serve us. As a therapist, I work with military and first responders on a daily basis. As a US Army combat veteran, I understand what it means to sacrifice, willingly, on behalf of your fellow Americans. Many will never know what it means to belong to our warrior class - the men and women who show up day after day for the betterment of their community, and the betterment of their country. These professions demand strength, courage, and resiliency seldom faced in other professions. These professions also demand a sacrifice - a piece of your mind and soul that you must freely sever knowing that you may be called upon to take the life of another - or ultimately give your life in service to your country or community. All that have served, or are currently serving, understand that we will never be whole again. Our mothers, fathers, siblings, spouses, children all see the way that these professions change those who serve. They see the impact chronic stress and trauma takes on a mind, body, and soul. They grieve those pieces of us which we had to let go. How do you treat the mental health of someone who cannot be made whole again? How do you you get someone to believe the cliche, "It's OK to not be OK?" For us here at Never Forgotten Services we found that the key to success, especially in the warrior class, is being proactive. We get involved - we go to them and ask them, the warriors in our community, how are you feeling? How is your family doing? We get to know them on a personal level. We build rapport and trust by showing that we are the warrior class as well, our mission is just different now. Our mission is to conquer the mental health stigma holding many back from finding a semblance of peace they can maintain.
